For the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare Government of India, developed and implemented a first-time online multi-channel patient feedback system for the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. This “Mera Aspataal” solution captures patient feedback from more than 8,000 public health facilities in India. In addition, the feedback received is linked with the quality assurance systems of the Government of India. (Year 2016-2020).

For SAATHII, worked for the global transfer of Mera Aspataal solution to various African countries (supported by the USAID agency). (Year 2018-19).

For the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare Government of India, developed and implemented an online budgeting platform was developed for the Program Implementation Process (PIP) of the National Health Mission, Government of India. This system allows data entry of PIP at the state level and has all the workflows related to review and approval at the state and national levels. The outcome was a Record of Proceedings (RoP) that acted as an approval document for the state’s plan. (Year 2017-2020).

For SAATHII, developed a model contract document for hiring an IT Agency to create and implement a national-level MIS platform for their HIV program. (Year 2021).

For SAATHII, developed bid documents for hiring an IT Agency to create and implement a Mobile App for recording and reporting beneficiary data for a national-level MIS program for their HIV program. (Year 2021-22).
