Garnet Global Consultants LLP is a healthcare advisory firm working at the intersection of health economics, evidence and policy. Since 2021 we have delivered in nine countries across Asia, MENA, Eastern Europe and West Africa.
Who we are
We work for governments, development partners, providers and life-sciences organisations. Our teams sit across four verticals, each run by a mix of senior and mid-level experts, and each drawing on the same analytical core: health economics, research and evidence generation, policy advisory, and technology and data.
What sets the firm apart is public-system depth. We have written the guidelines, costed the packages and run the surveys, not only advised on them. That is why our work carries from evidence design through to implementation rather than stopping at a report.
