 We strategically partner with companies to increase access to their potential med tech and digital health solutions in the public and private sector markets in India, the Middle East, and Africa. We use our local-level skills and knowledge to understand whether the solutions are adaptable, sustainable, scalable, and readily saleable. Then, once a solution is selected and engagement is formalised, we provide subject matter expertise and technical support in the provision of access in both the public and private sectors. Towards this, we also work at the policy and overall ecosystem level to enhance access. 

We specialise in designing, developing, and implementing innovative healthcare IT solutions. We provide subject matter experts to gather business requirements, and our IT partner provides all technical support in solution design and development. We provide a seamless implementation experience to our clients because, as public health experts, we understand the issues in implementing IT solutions in the government sector, which complements the experience and knowledge of our IT partner. 

Our understanding of developing a good IT solution came from our team’s experience in implementing two large projects for the Government of India and also conducting IT-related work for large non-profit organisations in India.

In addition, we provide advisory support to government and development partners to evaluate existing IT solutions and define the requirements of a new or upgraded solution that is scalable, interoperable, and sustainable.
