GGC speaking at the "Vision for Malta's Future" conference organised recently in Malta by Malta Strategic Partnership Projects (MSPP Ltd), the country's PPP Unit.
The Maltese government invited us to share our experience on healthcare PPP projects, especially service contracts or small-size PPPs with little investment but high impact. We shared our thoughts on how PPP engagements benefit the private sector, the typical risks the private sector must manage, how to make the partnership work over the life of the PPP contract, and the current innovations in the dispute resolution process. We sincerely thank WAPPP for giving us this opportunity. We are optimistic as we foresee a bright future for PPPs, particularly in the health sector in Malta. We firmly believe that MSPP, as a government PPP agency in Malta, will be a successful facilitator between the public and private sectors in successfully developing PPP projects in this beautiful country.
